Blue White Podcast Brief: Six Nittany Lions Charged in Fight

Charges have been filed against six Penn State Football players Friday after an apartment fight in April left one man in the hospital.

Anthony Scirotto, Chris Baker, Justin King, Lydell Sargaent, Jerome Hayes, and Tyrell Sales are all facing charges. The arraignment for the players will take place today and more information is forth coming.

Update @ 3:55 p.m. 4/27/07:

Statement from Coach Joe Paterno

"Speaking for our football staff, we are very concerned with the accusations made today and will determine the appropriate consequence for each player's status on the team when due process has transpired. Until such time, we will have no further comment regarding the situation."

Blue White Game Video 2007!

Spring has finally arrived in Happy Valley and so with it, the 2007 Blue White Game. Penn Staters got their first look at some of the new numbers that will be tearing up the turf at Beaver Stadium over the next few years. The Nittany Lion fans, coaches, and players also used the game to honor those who lost their lives at Virginia Tech this past week by changing the usual S Zone into an orange and maroon VT.
