Finally back into the full swing of our final semester at Penn State, Mike & Ryan are back for some thoughts on the Outback Bowl. The guys also get into some other stories surrounding the Nittany Lions including the news that Austin Scott has declared for the NFL Draft according to ESPN.com, some recruiting news and a look ahead to this weekend's Senior Bowl. It may be the offseason for PSU but there is still plenty of news in this edition of the Blue White Football Podcast.
