As if the issues on the field were not enough for the Nittany Lions, Penn State is facing several off the field problems that include Austin Scott, a fight in the Hub, underage drinking, and JoePa in traffic incident. Despite all of that, the Lions still face off against a tough Badger team who comes into Happy Valley looking to rebound after a loss to Illinois.
